Andrew Size is a Contemporary Artist currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He found his love of painting in college while earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Electronic Media from the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati.
Captured by the tragedy of waning physical expression in an increasingly digital world, Andrew has continued to develop his craft over the past 10 years. Inspired by Expressionist, Visionary, Contemporary, and Modern artists, Andrew strives to create unique pieces that spark creative interpretation with the viewer.
His style emphasizes color, movement, asymmetry, and balance. He approaches his work with an attitude adopted from Jazz musicians and eastern philosophy – live in the moment, create all the time, express yourself deeply and honestly, and give yourself room to not be perfect.
